19-Year-Old Arrested After Assaulting Two Minors During Brawl at Nacimiento High School On Tuesday afternoon, a man was arrested following an assault inside the Municipal High School of Nacimiento, which left two students with minor injuries. According to the information provided by the Public Prosecutor's Office and confirmed by the DAEM of Nacimiento, around 5:25 PM, the accused arrived at the main entrance of the educational establishment, located on General Prieto Street, where he approached a group of students and, after an exchange of words, directly assaulted two of them with punches. In an interview with La Tribuna, the school's director, Juan Ricardo Cárdenas, confirmed that the brawl occurred at the entrance of the establishment: "A situation of violence occurred at the main entrance of our establishment, where a physical assault by an adult against minors was recorded, in addition to a fight among students.

" The director assured that "In response to this situation, we immediately activated all the corresponding protocols, in accordance with current regulations and our internal regulations. We are in the process of investigating to fully clarify what happened and determine the corresponding responsibilities. " The first victim, a 15-year-old teenager, received various blows to the face and neck area, as well as injuries to one of his hands.

The medical report following the assessment of injuries confirmed that the minor had erosive wounds in the intraocular area, cervical injuries, and bruises on his fingers. Meanwhile, a second minor, aged 14, suffered bruises on his wrist and hand, in addition to pain in the cervical area. According to the investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office, there was a third student involved who did not present visible injuries.

Following the report of the assault to the local police, a police operation was initiated to locate the suspect, who was ultimately arrested an hour after the incident, still in the act of the assault, and was taken to the Third Police Station of the commune. After being brought to a detention hearing for the events, the Public Prosecutor's Office charged him with two counts of minor injuries. In the framework of the simplified procedure, the Prosecutor's Office requested minimum prison sentences, along with legal accessories and payment of costs by the victims.

Additionally, the court ordered a series of precautionary measures while the case is ongoing, including a prohibition on leaving the country, a prohibition on approaching or entering the educational establishment within a radius of 100 meters, and a prohibition on approaching or contacting the victims by any means.
