Free entry with prior registration at THIS LINK In a context where English is consolidating as a key tool for employability and professional development, a new edition of the Globalízate Fair is returning, a free event organized by InterExpo, where EF Education First will once again host this major event. It will take place on March 27, 28, and 29 in regions and in Santiago, at Alonso de Córdova 5151, office 101, Las Condes. The fair will offer personalized academic advice, information on study programs abroad, exclusive promotions, and the opportunity to take a free English test with immediate certificate delivery, one of the main tools currently demanded by students and professionals to measure their actual language level.

A country with an intermediate level of English According to the latest EF English Proficiency Index (EF EPI) 2025, the most comprehensive study in the world that evaluated over 2. 2 million people in 123 countries, Chile ranks 54th globally, with 488 points on a scale where the maximum is 700, placing it in the intermediate level category. The report reveals significant gaps: oral expression is the weakest skill among Chileans (439 points), while reading (535) and listening comprehension (499) show better results.

Additionally, the student group is the most lagging with 453 points, highlighting the need to strengthen language learning in formative stages. Regionally, the Metropolitan Region leads with 560 points, while other regions show significant differences. These results confirm that, although the country maintains an intermediate level, there are still important challenges to improve international competitiveness.

More than a fair, a concrete tool Globalízate aims to precisely close that gap by providing direct access to information, expert guidance, and a real assessment of English proficiency. During the three days, attendees will be able to: Take a free English test and obtain an international certificate. Access free academic advice.

This tool not only measures reading and listening comprehension but also incorporates evaluation of oral and written skills through artificial intelligence, providing a more comprehensive measurement of language proficiency. "Learning English is no longer just a competitive advantage; it is a necessity to access better academic, labor, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Globalízate aims for more people to project their future with a concrete international experience," says Javier Droguett, Country Manager of EF in Chile.
