This decision responds to the importance and high regard that this service holds for both hospital users and residents of the northern sector of the city, who, through their organizations and representatives, have clearly expressed its usefulness and necessity. In this context, the Management emphasizes the role of the Advisory Council as a fundamental space for citizen participation, whose opinions and proposals are essential for healthy, modern, and transparent management and were therefore actively considered in the analysis process that led to this decision.
Furthermore, it is pertinent to note that the objective of this measure is to ensure the continuity of timely and quality service in the healthcare environment, placing users at the center of health activities. An open public bidding call will be made through the platform provided by the Public Procurement Law, inviting all interested bidders to participate in the process that will allow for the provision and maintenance of this service in the hospital.
