The Municipal Health Directorate of Los Ángeles will provide two "extramural" vaccination points for influenza for the target groups defined by the Ministry of Health this Friday, April 3, and Saturday, April 4, during Holy Week. The Polideportivo and the Vega Techada (on Villagrán Street) will be the two locations where pregnant women, individuals with chronic conditions aged 11 to 59, people aged 60 and over, children between 6 months and fifth grade, caregivers of the elderly, teachers, and educational assistants will be able to receive their immunization. Cynthia Barras, a nurse from the Municipal Health Directorate, stated that both vaccination sites will operate from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
"I am pleased to inform you that we will have two vaccination points for influenza this Friday and Saturday due to the Holy Week holiday. The Vega Techada area will operate with our mobile vaccination unit and Polideportivo; both will be open from 10 AM to 2 PM on April 3 and 4 for the target groups of this campaign. " Additionally, the primary emergency services in the municipality, corresponding to the High Resolution Services (SAR) North and Entre Ríos; the Primary Emergency Care Services (SAPU) of Dos de Septiembre, Sur, Nuevo Horizonte, and Nororiente; and the Rural Emergency Service (SUR) Santa Fe will operate during their usual hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The SAR North and Entre Ríos will be available 24 hours a day; the SAPU Dos de Septiembre, Sur, and Nororiente from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM; the SAPU Nuevo Horizonte from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM; and the SUR Santa Fe from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with a complete team), from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with TENS; and 24 hours a day with ambulance service.
