Felipe Ortúzar, owner of the café concession, emphasizes that the selection of products comes from his own venture: La Campestre, a service that manufactures packaged food distributed across various companies and establishments in the sector, focusing on sandwiches and prepared dishes known for their quality. The menu consists of three options. The first is the "Breakfast Menu," priced at $8,900, which includes a coffee of choice and an orange juice.
It also offers three options for tostones with various toppings: avocado, boiled egg, bacon, melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms, among others. The second option is the "Full Breakfast," a complete choice for one person that includes a soft-boiled egg, avocado, sausages, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and toast for $9,900. Finally, the most attractive option is the "Executive Coffee," designed for four people, which offers filtered coffee, milk, a triangle sandwich with ham and cheese or cheese with oregano, and a portion of homemade cookies, all for $20,000.
"The menu has quite reasonable prices, and that's something I want to highlight. I want to dispel the myth that Puerto Varas is very expensive, as things can be done at a fairer price," Ortúzar added. Additionally, the space features cultural attractions from the Centro de Arte Molino Machmar (CAMM), such as exhibitions on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the cinema in the CAMM Room managed by -1CINE, or the co-working space located on the fourth floor of the building.
