Only 54 seconds of video, out of the four hours required, was provided by Casino del Mar S. A. in Viña del Mar to the Third Local Police Court during the hearing that took place on Wednesday.

This was in the context of a lawsuit filed by Lilian Tumano, a regular gambler who claims that on November 11, a slot machine awarded her a prize of 3. 816 million pesos. The woman filed the lawsuit demanding the prize since, according to the submitted document, the gaming venue refused to pay her, arguing that the machine had faulty software.

The court granted the request of her lawyer, Hugo Botto, and demanded that the casino provide a series of details about the machine in question — number 25,316 — and its software, such as brand, manufacturer, and legal representative, as well as its maintenance programs and certifications.
