To strengthen women's empowerment and promote the participation of women in traditionally male-dominated trades, Aguas del Valle has launched a new version of its program “Mujeres Gásfiter, Talento que Fluye. ” This initiative, which has been running for a decade, has provided free training to hundreds of women in the Coquimbo Region in the repair and maintenance of sanitary installations, equipping them with technical knowledge and new opportunities for personal and professional development. “This program fills us with pride because it has shown that when real training opportunities are opened, women's talent flows strongly and transforms communities,” emphasized Aguas del Valle's regional manager, Andrés Nazer.

He added that the “Mujeres Gásfiter” program, ten years after its inception, has a positive impact on homes, businesses, and neighborhoods throughout the region. “We will continue to promote initiatives that foster autonomy, development, empowerment, and equity, and we hope to receive many applications from women eager to learn and specialize in this field. ” Free and certified training “Mujeres Gásfiter” offers practical training in residential plumbing, especially aimed at heads of households and neighbors looking to acquire a technical trade to generate income or reinforce their autonomy.
