The Ministry of Cultures has opened registrations for a series of online workshops and tutorials for cultural agents, focusing on financing, management, and project development. The Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Heritage, through the Executive Secretariat of Performing Arts, has launched a new registration process for a training cycle aimed at cultural agents across the country, with the goal of strengthening the professionalization of the sector. The initiative includes introductory workshops, personalized tutorials, and virtual support, aimed at projects in the formulation, development, or execution stages.

The program seeks to enhance skills in financing, cultural management, and the use of technologies, adapting to the current challenges of the artistic ecosystem. The workshops on funding sources will be led by Cristian González Rivera, who will cover technical and strategic content related to the production, mediation, and sustainability of cultural projects. In parallel, the cycle includes personalized tutorials under a project incubator model, led by Sergio Gilabert Vicencio, focused on improving the design, financing, and projection of artistic initiatives.

Additionally, specific tutorials for beneficiaries of the National Fund for Performing Arts 2026 will be provided, guided by Carla Redlich Herrera, who will offer tools for the proper administrative, financial, and technical execution of projects. “We aim to strengthen the sector's capabilities and improve its employability by providing concrete tools to face current challenges,” stated the ministry. The activities will be conducted entirely online starting in April, and those who complete the process will receive a participation certificate.

Registrations will be open until March 26 at 3:00 PM, through the official website of the ministry.
