From the Muda Festival, an event that will coincide in calendar and space with BTS's visit to Chile on October 16 and 17 at the National Stadium, organizers expressed their disappointment at learning about the South Korean concerts through the press. The festival, dedicated to honoring memory and human rights and organized by the National Stadium Corporation, will take place at the National Stadium Park (adjacent to the coliseum), featuring a lineup of over twenty invited artists. “Today we learned through the press that BTS will perform on October 16 and 17 at the National Stadium, the same dates as Muda,” the organizers stated in a message shared on social media.

“If this is the case, we celebrate that Chile will host a global band like BTS, whose values resonate with those of Muda,” they added. “However, we are surprised not to have been informed beforehand by the Government, considering the magnitude of both events and the coordination meetings that have already taken place. ” Later, Muda advocated for the harmonious execution of both events, which could gather nearly 100,000 spectators at the sports complex.

“The least we expect is institutional seriousness. A country that bets on culture can host more than one significant event, but it requires planning, coordination, and respect for the teams, artists, and audiences involved,” they pointed out. “To be clear: MUDA will happen.

BTS will happen. We hope the Government rises to the occasion,” the message concluded. On Muda's Instagram profile, the organizers' post sparked a wave of messages from BTS fans.

Among the comments, local fan clubs called for respect and dialogue. “The few misplaced comments do not represent the vast majority… We are clear that this event is completely unrelated to the organization of BTS concerts in Chile,” stated @armychilensis_. “We ask the ARMY community to respect this event.

The organizers of this activity are not responsible for the organization of the BTS concert,” added the account @btsdailychile.
