Following the investigations conducted regarding the fatal attack by a student at a school in Calama, the inquiry suggests that this incident may have been planned by 18-year-old Hernán Meneses Castillo. During a search of his home, a notebook containing several pages detailing the planning of the attack was found. Additionally, items in his backpack at the time of his arrest included sharp weapons and an accelerant.
